#FREE Up and Running with Google Analytics Premium #Marketing #Google Analytics

Learn what Google Analytics Premium is and what it can do for your business. David Booth compares the Premium feature set and price point to the standard Google Analytics offering and shows how to leverage exclusive features like increased sampling limits, creation and import of custom data, roll-up reporting, custom funnels, and more to get the most out of your data. He then reviews the product integrations with DoubleClick, BigQuery, and Google Tag Manager, and explains the different ways to buy Google Analytics Premium if it makes sense for your organization.

Instructor’s Welcome Note:

(bright chimes) – Hi. I’m Dave Booth and welcome to Up and Running with Google Analytics Premium. As a founding partner of Cardinal Path, the world’s first and still the largest reseller of Google Analytics Premium, I’ve been lucky enough to be involved in the very beginnings of Google Analytics Premium and to see it evolve into what it is today. If your career has included anything to do with creating, maintaining, or running websites then you’ve probably used a web analytics tool, before. And the odds are pretty good that that tool was Google Analytics.
Launched as a free tool way back in 2005, Google Analytics has made its way into a very big chunk of the websites and mobile apps that exist, today. But if you’ve worked at the enterprise level, then you’ve probably had an enterprise grade solution in place. Something like Adobe Analytics, formerly known as Omniture, or IBM’s Core Metrics or a host of other paid solutions. In 2011, Google entered this enterprise space with a paid version of Google Analytics which is known as Google Analytics Premium and in this course we are going to take a look at what that is, the enterprise features and integrations that it offers and how to go about deciding whether or not you need it and how to best get it.
So, let’s get started and dive into Google Analytics Premium.
