#FREE Rendering with Revit #CAD #Revit Architecture

Want to create photorealistic renders of your Revit projects? You don’t have to go anywhere else. Learn how to create high-quality output directly from Revit with these fast-paced tutorials. Author Paul F. Aubin starts the rendering process by creating a detailed 3D view of an existing architectural model. Then he’ll add sweeps, fascia, and other details, and show how to use Revit’s Materials Editor to customize finishes and surfaces. The course also reviews the natural and artificial lighting features of Revit, including sunlight and location settings, artificial lights, and lighting schemas, and the rendering settings that ensure you get the best quality output?from your computer or from the cloud. Plus, learn how to create dynamic animated walkthroughs and experiment with additional render styles, such as a hand-sketched look.

Instructor’s Welcome Note:

– Hello, my name is Paul F. Aubin and I’m thrilled to be your instructor for Rendering with Revit. In this course I’ll walk through the complete workflow to create professional, high-quality rendered output directly from your Revit software. This always starts with a well-composed 3D view. Next we’ll move methodically through the model, adding sweeps, fascia and other details to enhance realism. I’ll show you how to use the Material Editor to customize the look of all the surfaces and finishes within your model. This really helps make the scene more believable. But nothing makes the scene come alive more than carefully considered lighting.
We’ll explore both natural and artificial lighting schemes to give you complete control over your rendered output. With all of the preparations complete, we’ll learn to generate final renderings, both in the software and in the Cloud. But Revit offers so much more than photorealistic renderings. We can use shadows and shading, hand-sketched effects and even generate dynamic, animated walk-throughs. So if you’re ready to learn all the presentation tools that Revit has to offer, you’ve come to the right place. Let’s get started.
